SPL's Student Concierge Service offers 24/7/365 touch point for online or onsite students looking for help. In this day and age where online learning continues to grow by leaps and bounds over onsite learning, having 24/7/365 student support services is essential. Whether your students are in the same town or across the globe SPL's SCS can support them with typical tier 1 student services calls, escalating to your designated points of contact on your campus or at your administrative headquarters for tier 2 concerns.
SPL's SCS launched with a total of 2,200 contacts in April of 2007 and over 12,000 contacts in December of 2007 while still maintaining an above average satisfaction rating from those students that use the Student Concierge Service.
SPL's SCS will be available to institutions in the fall of 2008 providing front-line tier 1 one-stop student support 24/7/365.
