A practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in adult education, human capital management and online learning, SPL's president is responsible for developing our Effective e-learning Model (e2L). In addition to being a powerful tool for guiding our operations and strategic vision, e2L symbolizes our entire management team's instructional design experience and passion for helping others realize the benefits of e-learning.
